Neon LNA tee-shirt, Lush shorts, and Jeffery Campbell shoes.

Absolutely in love with this combination, and I'm so lucky to have such an awesome opportunity to blog about all the sweet goodies at my new work (the above items are my current favorites.) Be sure to check out my FULL NEON POST to see more pictures ect.

Just Braid It

For the longest time I've been so jealous of bloggers and celebs  that make the braid crown look so effortless and chic. So after late night of online shopping/ blog Stalking, I came across this easy lesson from the pro's on NastyGals blog. It breaks down this tricky (looking) hair-do, and I was really surprised at how easy it was. Enjoy!
Step One: Part hair down the middle start at the middle of the forehead and part down to the bottom of the neck.
Step Two:Braid one side from the base of the neck (french braiding) up to your temple, then finish the braid and secure it. Then repeat on the other side.
Step Three:Cross which ever braid over that you would like to be "unseen" and secure with pins. Then pull the other braid over your head and secure end under the first braid.
Side note: Bobbi pins and tiny hair elastics are a must
Step Four:Pull hair from face to rough it up a bit and give it a "more modern feel."

HAD to share these pictures taken by a friend a while ago. Aren't they Amaaaazing? During the nice (almost) month straight of sunny weather we had, sunsets like these came often and it was a perfect time for some picture taking fun. I look forward to taking pictures with her again. Check out her blog HERE.

Bleach it

Dip dying and ombre have been huge trends in the past year(s), whether it be your luscious locks, or your worn out tees, jeans, and dresses. So I have decided to embark on the ever so popular DIY and "dip bleach" some vintage shorts. My cousin will be my lovely assistant and the full DIY will be available on WHAT WE LOVE at the end of this week (the new blog I'm writing for.)Be sure to follow the blog for more DIY demonstrations as well as endless fashion talk and inspiration (so excited!)

Below, pictures of what the end result SHOULD look like but when you're DIy-ing, perfect is almost never the goal. That's what makes it so fun!

Such a staple

I apologize for my limited amount of posts ;(. I have been so extremely busy I haven't had the time to even think about my blog. Currently I am employed at three different locations, and I'm trying my best to finish my degree this quarter, YIKES! Any who, I'm hoping to keep up on my blog this whole summer, as well as the new blog I'll be writing for Sweet Life Boutique in Olympia. I'm super excited to share with all of their readers (and you) my favorite trends, products, and simple DIY ideas/ inspiration.

So I'd like to post a couple pictures of my two favorite items in my closet as of late. My levi boyfriend jeans and high-waisted levi shorts. Both are paired with simple items, forever 21 crop turtle neck and below, forever 21 cropped lace top. Also on bottom Sam Edelman lace up sandals and MK watch. Finished with easy vintage rings (that you can hardly see.) I promise that the blog will be over flowing with outfit posts,as well as a few DIY's, and my room "make better," stayed tuned, June will be a good month!
