Sadly, it still feels like winter here. While every other state seems to be having abnormal heat waves, we get rain. Luckily the sun made a small debut this weekend, and we all tried to pretend like it was spring. I picked up this awesome cobalt blue skirt at H&M and a simple color blocked top.
